Money News This Week

The big stories last year concerned the collapse of some of the world's biggest finance companies.

Lehman Brothers is no more and the knock-on effect is still being felt in finance circles and loans, whatecer the banks claim, are still in short supply.

Investment finance has finally had it's day and some huge companies are struggling to survive.

The following weeks showed a period of further collapse and consolidation as investors and Governments grappled with the worsening situation in the money markets. Creditr control is now the number one gain in banking circles and that makes taking risk and profiting from investments even more difficult. The cost of all of this will eventually be passed back onto the customer so expect traditions in banking to recieve a very big shake up anytime soon.
